"It didn't seem so bad when the day started," Tim groused, though he would have to admit that he had probably pushed himself out here further and longer than was wise.
Putting his hands to elbows flat on the ground the younger marshal inched himself onto his front and from there pushed up to his knees. Don't mind him while he crouches here like an offended turtle. Drawing one leg forward, he set his foot flat on the ground and started to lever himself upwards, using his leg and arms, while keeping his balance with the back leg.
It wasn't graceful but it was effective and he slowly straightened into a mostly upright hunch.
"Thinking I'd best head for 1308. I get off my feet, I don't think I'm getting back up again and your sofa is not that comfortable."
