Just curious, what are you considering a "dialogue only" tag? Because I've definitely had some pretty short tags myself to the effect of 50 words or less, mostly dialogue, but not strictly only dialogue, and I'm not sure if those are going to be counting for half-points now or not?

Example:

"When people come back, they- still leave the body that died behind." He explains further. "It's... we don't know how it's possible, but it's what happens."

is this only half-point, with the new terms?
