He wanted to stay right here if he couldn't go up, but Doc was right. Better they know than they don't. "Don't suppose if we yelled they'd hear us, do ya?" He sighed again, grunting as he pushed himself up to his feet, hand coming back to steady himself on the wall before reaching out to offer to help Doc up.
"That way should be towards the Gull. That way's towards town. Maybe there's another hatch up into 1306 that we can.." What, throw something at? "Maybe town's got stairs somewhere." Right then, was his vote.
