Raylan will be able to reach the Lodge and explore the exterior if he wishes (which is quite expansive), but he will not be able to find a way inside. The doors cannot be opened and the windows cannot be broken. He can try to spy through some windows but most of the curtains are drawn, save for a few rooms that residents have previously explored.

(If he's persistent in future logs, the Lodge will become an explorable location! Just not quite yet.)
