He'll give Negan shit for whatever he damn well pleases, and it won't be no gentle ribbing or thinly-veiled insults so much as outright accusations and caustic remarks. But right now Doc is about as civil as he can manage to be, setting aside his personal misgivings to try and maintain some semblance of normalcy in what feels like one of their last resorts, putting up some temporary accommodations in the schoolhouse.

Or maybe this is where they will all die. Who knows, at this point?

"I-- don't think--" Doc hesitates, the hand resting over his stomach shifting, his fingers curling uneasily about Negan touching him. It isn't a Negan thing, at all - he's been averse to anyone touching him - but that it's Negan, who gets awful handsy at times, certainly doesn't help things at all.
