"Whatever you can manage," He nods, "I'll have your back. We'll get you and the others somewhere safe."

As they rise together he'll follow along at his heels, making sure he doesn't change his mind and turn-tail to run for the woods. They can skirt wide around the edge of the town, keeping away from the fire and keeping an eye on Raylan's reaction. He'll gently guide him the long way around keeping a healthy distance from the flames.
