She's quiet for a moment, thinking about it. Trying to imagine the people who were here before. What might have made them do what they did.

She looks up at Raylan, and then back down, fidgeting idly with the papers. Any hint of happiness or amusement is gone now.
"Do you really think they were...happy? To do that?"
Or had they been horrifed? Desperate? Were they eager to turn on each other to save themselves, or had they held out as long as they could? Until they felt like they had no other choice?
