She stays still and quiet at first, hoping that he hadn't heard, or that he'd decide he'd imagined it, or that he'd think it had come from some other room. None of which end up happening. Of course he moves right over to the vents, standing directly underneath. Parker makes a face in the vent up above, rolling her eyes, but as the seconds pass and he doesn't give up and move away, she realizes she has to do something.
