We've definitely whittled down as of late.

( elijah's been here long enough to remember when there'd been more. and while he knows that new people show up every so often, even that feels lesser than it used to be. )

I suppose there's not really much we can do about that either besides survive to hopefully either get back home or...I don't know what the other option is. I don't know if there is another option.
