No. I don't want someone else to find it and have to deal with this.

so, he keeps an almost white knuckle grip on the journal, taking a slow breath and blinking a few times to focus.

I'm keeping it.

he knows that he'll eventually want to read it, to go back and relive some of these memories but he can't do that right now.
