"Like the place has been sanitized," he noted darkly, though that he'd gotten an amused sound at all out of her was in his favor. Mathis didn't leave them a lot to be happy or pleased about. The food was the only thing that made it survivable on a base most level. Honestly, Raylan was surprised that some people were taking it as well as they were but that was in his favor too. Tough people tended to get things done and they were all looking for answers.
