She huffs a soft sound of amusement at that, shaking her head.

"Really?" Her eyebrows lift. "Could've fooled me."

She shrugs. "Same way anyone does. I needed something that would look good on a college application, so I worked on the student paper. Kind of just... fell in love with it." She smiles a little.
