"You're doing better than me," Will admitted, leaning back and looking up into Raylan's face. His voice was deadpan but there was something in his eye that was almost a twinkle of wry amusement. "I'm pissed as hell, finding myself back amongst the living."
It was honest sentiment but touched with a wry, macabre humor of self-awareness. Will did not intend for them to linger on the subject and he waved a hand in acknowledgement.
