He's not sure what he was expecting, but that definitely wasn't it. He opens his mouth to speak, but snaps it shut again a second later. He doesn't know what to say to that. Partially because his default reaction to is argue against anyone giving a damn about him-- and partially because he's pretty sure Negan's got that pretty on the money, if the few and far between quiet conversations between him and his brother since they got here were anything to judge by.
