[ zed nods. ellie did have a point there. but as long as they were trapped she didn't see the harm in escaping - even if it was in your own mind. ]

I don't know... before coming here I'd think a storm would only be a few hours but now...

[ her voice trails off slightly. everything about this place was unpredictable. it was difficult but on some level she was getting used to it. to always expect the unepexcted in a way. even if she wished that they could actually prepare for the horrors in this place. ]
