Doc is a simple man - simple-ish - but while he doesn't perceive the dangers the same way as Malcolm and possibly also Raylan does, he is definitely agreeable to any arrangement. They were going to bring a mattress up to throw on the floor next to Malcolm's bed, do away with the need for Two Cowboys One Couch, but honestly he would sleep on the garage floor if he had to. He'd be out under a tarp in the snow fending for himself just fine without complaint if he wasn't in here, and while he would never say as much because he wouldn't want them to worry, they know that his lone, stray dog tendencies run deep.
