Somehow it still feels like there is some kind of right answer to Malcolm's question and Doc is just not getting it.

But talking, it- it simply doesn't work for him. He has always self-medicated with drinking, smoking, and playing dangerous games. He does not feel comfortable with this new prescription Malcolm is trying to put him on.
