"I don't either," he promised. "But for what it's worth, John and Dean ain't gonna kill you. They might get a little rough with you, gettin' you under control, but they're reasonable." He could smell the faint traces of the last time Malcolm showered in the hair tucked into his shoulder and he squeezed Malcolm gently before pulling back a fraction to look in his face.
