Nobody could help him. Not really.

"I'm not going to risk sleeping, so that... cuts the potential for... a little... episode down some."

He frowned.

"I mean. I guess it depends how long we're stuck in here. The cowboys... one of them stays outside my room when I sleep, so they can wake me up when I start... screaming."
