"Have you actually seen monsters here?" she asks. She's not sure what's out there. Five hadn't been able to tell her what exactly it was in the fog that had killed people. If it was chemical, it hadn't gotten into houses, maybe? John would probably say it was magic. So monsters? Sure, why the fuck not.
"Something lives upstairs?" she repeats, a little sceptical. Well, that's something that someone will probably get themselves killed trying to figure out. It won't be her without a weapon, though, that's for damn sure.
