No. There was an incident the other night that my friend witnessed that she's trying to commemorate.

it wasn't very easy to explain to someone who was newly arrived so he tries to keep it vague.
)
Someone native to the town passed away in a suspicious manner and my friend didn't want the occasion to pass without the...person being remembered.

was the spectre a person? he's probably closer to a person than not.
