I would assume so, yes. If it is an entity that has brought us here, of course, and not some sort of accident.
[But Castiel doubts that they were all brought here on accident; there must be some sort of purpose for all of them being here.

I've been to other worlds before, yes. But nothing like this, a place where we seem to have inherited an entire abandoned town.
