"A few?" Doc asks with a raised eyebrow. He isn't necessarily hungry for sordid little details, but there is room there for Negan to boast if he is so inclined. "I do hope it was a big bed."

Negan doesn't seem like the type to pull any pranks, and Doc wants so desperately to trust that he won't try to run. But he figures they should both try to stay up as much as possible, keep an eye on each other. It might be too late if something starts changing or their condition starts deteriorating while they're sleeping.

"Can't get much sleep in the dark," he says quietly. But it's not something he wants to talk about so he quickly shuts that avenue of conversation down. "Is there anything you thought you might like to do here? Considering we may be in a better place than where you were before."
