"I keep one in my inside jacket pocket," he told Raylan. "I use my phone for everything. I have some heavy duty nitrile gloves and a penlight too."

He followed Raylan's gaze to the cushions and the overturned table, looking a little mortified.

"Oh. Yeah. I didn't think it was a good idea to be outside at night. But I didn't want to sleep. I figured... if there were a lot of books, I'd have something to do to keep me up."
