Claire wakes to find herself in a large bed with crisp sheets, plump pillows, and a strip of bright sunlight cascading into the room from tall windows. Elegantly decorated in tasteful style, the room is free from the dust that has been such a staple feature of the buildings in Mathias. There is a long chest of drawers against one wall with a mirror attached to the back, the wood dark and pristine. Another mirror is mounted to the opposite wall, an oval shape, and a smaller third mirror rests on a bedside table.

There is one door to the room, unlocked, leading out to a long hall with doors on one side and tall windows on the other.
